This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for CheatCodz Premium plans. Read it together with our Terms of Use.

1. Free Plan

Our Free plan lets you try every AI tool with no payment. This policy applies only to paid Premium plans (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3).

2. Premium Plans & Billing

Premium plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance each month through our payment provider. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.

• You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
• Cancellation stops all future renewals and charges.
• You keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period, then move to the Free plan.

5. Refunds After the Guarantee Window

Beyond the 7-day window, payments for a billing period already started are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you were charged in error or hit a technical problem that stopped you using your plan, contact us — we review every request fairly.

6. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

Notice a duplicate or incorrect charge? Contact us within 30 days and we'll investigate and correct any verified error, including a refund where appropriate.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email info@cheatcodz.com from your account email with the charge date and a short description, or use our Contact page. Approved refunds return to your original payment method; timing depends on your provider.
