These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of cheatcodz.com, operated by CheatCodz, including our content, AI tools, accounts, and subscriptions. By using the site you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

By accessing the site, using any tool, creating an account, or subscribing, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

CheatCodz provides cheat codes, guides, walkthroughs, community features, and 20 AI gaming tools, plus optional paid subscription plans. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

4. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Notify us of unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans (Tier 1–3) are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds — including our 7-day money-back guarantee — are governed by our Refund Policy.
• We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

6. Fair Play & Use of Cheats

Cheat codes and tools are provided for single-player and offline enjoyment.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; scrape or copy content by automated means; reverse-engineer our tools; interfere with or overload our systems or bypass plan limits; upload malicious, illegal, or infringing content; or impersonate any person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

The CheatCodz name, site design, original content, and tools are owned by CheatCodz or its licensors. Game titles, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners and are referenced for identification only. You may use the site and its results for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy or redistribute our original content without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The service relies on third parties (including OpenAI, SendGrid, and our payment provider). Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CheatCodz and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for account bans, lost progress, or data loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on any cheat or AI result. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding twelve months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CheatCodz from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you rights in your country of residence.
