Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Cheat Codes, Gold Farming, and Best Class Guide

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Gold farming, best class builds, Ouroboros mechanics, and Colony affinity tips for Nintendo Switch.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3 does not have a cheat code system. The game includes Gold farming loops, a class progression system with optimal builds, and Colony affinity mechanics that give you gear and skills unavailable through standard gameplay.

FASTEST GOLD FARMING METHODS

Collectopedia Rewards:
Complete each region's Collectopedia by finding all collectible items.
Each completed Collectopedia row gives Colony Medals and Gold bonuses.
The Swordmarch region Collectopedia gives 50,000 Gold total for full completion.
Use the Collection Search function from camp to identify missing items by region.

Selling Excess Materials:
Each enemy type drops specific materials. You accumulate hundreds by mid-game.
Sort your inventory by value and sell everything worth less than 100 Gold per unit.
By Chapter 4, most players have 200 to 400 excess materials worth 80,000 to 200,000 Gold total.

Unique Monster Farming:
Unique Monsters (named enemies with red icons on the map) respawn after resting at any rest spot.
Each Unique Monster drops rare equipment worth 500 to 5,000 Gold.
Target Level 60 to 70 Unique Monsters in Pentelas and Fornis regions for the highest Gold drops.

CLASS PROGRESSION GUIDE

Classes give your characters new Arts and Talent Arts through rank progression.
Maximum class rank is 20. Reaching rank 20 gives that class's Master Art to equip on any other class.

Priority classes by character type:

Noah (Swordfighter):
Primary class: Swordfighter to Rank 10 for Sword Combination Art.
Secondary class: Seraph (Wing Code DLC class) to Rank 10 for the highest single-hit damage Art in the game.

Mio (Zephyr):
Primary class: Zephyr to Rank 20 for Quid Pro Quo Master Art (damage reflection).
Secondary class: Signifer for Morale Boost Talent Art (full party Arts charge).

Taion (Tactician):
Primary class: Tactician to Rank 15 for Analyze Weakness (increases damage dealt to target by 20 percent).
Secondary class: Full Metal Jaguar for Fast Cooldown passive skill.

OUROBOROS MECHANICS

Each pair of characters can merge into an Ouroboros form using ZL plus ZR.
Ouroboros forms deal 3x to 5x the damage of standard attacks.
The Ouroboros gauge fills during combat. Save the gauge for boss vulnerable phases.

Interlinking tips:
Activate Ouroboros when the boss enters its Break or Topple state.
During Break and Topple, the boss takes 50 percent more damage from all sources.
A full Ouroboros gauge used during Break state kills most story bosses in a single Talent Art.

COLONY AFFINITY GUIDE

Colonies raise their Affinity level through side quests, battles, and item contributions.
Higher Affinity gives better gear rewards and Nopon Coins from each colony.

Affinity farming:
Complete all side quests for a colony before moving to the next area.
Contribute excess materials to the colony's item board for bonus Affinity points.
Each contribution gives 50 to 200 Affinity depending on item rarity.
Maximum Colony Affinity (Rank 5) gives access to the colony's exclusive class and Master Skill.
