The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt on PC supports a full developer console through a mod. Console versions do not get a command system but do get several built-in difficulty modifiers that function as legal cheats.
ENABLING THE CONSOLE ON PC
Download the Debug Console Enabler mod from Nexus Mods.
The Next Gen version requires the Next Gen compatible version of the mod.
Install it to your Witcher 3 Mods folder.
Launch the game and press the tilde key (~) or grave accent (`) to open the console.
CROWNS AND RESOURCES
Add 1,000 Crowns:
addmoney(1000)
Add 100,000 Crowns:
addmoney(100000)
Add Crafting Materials (replace item name with any material):

Add 5,000 XP:

Set your level directly:

Setting your level to 50 gives you enough ability points to fill your entire skill tree.
GOD MODE AND COMBAT
Toggle God Mode (no damage):

Toggle infinite stamina:

Kill all enemies near Geralt:

The number in brackets is the kill radius in meters.

CONSOLE CHEATS (ALL PLATFORMS)
Difficulty settings act as permanent modifiers on console.
Set difficulty to Just the Story before any difficult combat section.
Just the Story reduces enemy damage by 90 percent and gives automatic health regeneration.
Switch back to your preferred difficulty immediately after passing the difficult section.
The game saves your difficulty change instantly with no penalty.
SIGN BUILD TIPS
Signs deal full damage regardless of enemy level when your Sign Intensity reaches 200 percent.
Reach 200 percent Sign Intensity by:
Equipping three pieces of Grandmaster Griffin gear (gives 40 percent per piece).
Using the Melt Armor oil on your silver sword (gives 10 percent additional elemental damage).
Equipping the Preservation runeword on your armor.
With 200 percent Sign Intensity, Igni kills standard enemies in one cast at any difficulty setting.
