Subnautica Below Zero on PC supports a full developer console. Xbox and Nintendo Switch players get access to the same in-game resource farming loops and base building strategies without any external tools.
PC CONSOLE COMMANDS
Press F3 to open the debug menu.
Click the checkbox next to Disable Console to enable it.

fastbuild: Removes the construction time requirement for all base pieces.
nocost: All crafting and building costs zero materials.

warpforward [distance]: Teleports you forward by a set number of meters.
biome [biome name]: Teleports you to any named biome.

FASTEST RESOURCE FARMING LOCATIONS
Titanium and Quartz:
The Twisty Bridges biome has the highest density of Titanium ore and Quartz outcrops.
Each rock outcrop gives 2 to 4 Titanium or Quartz pieces.
A 15-minute Twisty Bridges run gives 80 to 120 Titanium and 40 to 60 Quartz.
Lithium and Table Coral:
Lithium deposits spawn exclusively in the Crystal Caves biome.
Each Lithium outcrop gives 2 to 3 Lithium.
Table Coral grows on the walls throughout the Crystal Caves. Break it for fragments and Pink Cap samples.
Kyanite:
Kyanite spawns only in the Thermal Spires biome at depths below 700 meters.
Kyanite is required for the highest-tier base materials and Prawn Suit upgrades.
Bring 3 to 4 full Oxygen tanks before entering the Thermal Spires. The depth requires extended dive times.
BEST BASE BUILDING LOCATIONS
Delta Station Area (shallow water starter base):
Build your first base at 50 to 80 meters depth near the Delta Station wreck.
The area has consistent Titanium, Copper, and Quartz for initial construction.
Close proximity to the starting area reduces travel time per resource run.
Tree Spires (mid-game research base):
Build a secondary base at 200 meters depth in the Tree Spires biome.
The Tree Spires contain Magnetite, Kyanite fragments, and rare fauna for scanning.
Place your secondary base near the thermal vents for passive bioreactor power generation.
SEA TRUCK UPGRADE PRIORITY
The Sea Truck is your primary vehicle in Below Zero. Upgrade modules in this order:
1. Storage Module (first): Adds 16 additional storage slots. Essential for extended resource runs.
2. Aquarium Module: Keeps live fish for food during long sessions.
3. Fabricator Module: Craft items without returning to your base. Saves 10 to 20 minutes per session.
4. Perimeter Defense Module: Electric discharge clears aggressive fauna from the Sea Truck's path.
5. Docking Module: Launches and retrieves the Snowfox snowbike automatically.
FAUNA SURVIVAL TIPS
Shadow Leviathan:
Found exclusively in the Crystal Caves below 500 meters.
The Shadow Leviathan attacks anything within 40 meters.
Drive your Sea Truck at maximum speed through Shadow Leviathan territory.
The Leviathan pursues for 20 seconds maximum before returning to its patrol area.
Ice Worms:
Surface creatures on Glacial Bay island.
Ice Worms detect vibration from walking. Crouch-walk to avoid triggering them.
Each Ice Worm retreats after 15 seconds if you stop moving completely.
The Spy Pengling tool distracts Ice Worms for 30 seconds, giving you clear passage.
