Spider-Man Miles Morales does not have traditional cheat codes. The game stores its progression shortcuts inside the skill tree, suit unlock system, and New Game Plus mode that carries all abilities into a fresh playthrough.
SKILL POINT PRIORITY
You earn Skill Points from completing missions, finding collectibles, and reaching level milestones.
Spend your first 6 Skill Points on these skills in order:
1. Venom Dash (1 point): Launches you forward with Venom energy. Stuns multiple enemies on contact.
2. Venom Jump (1 point): Area Venom blast on ground slam. Clears groups of up to 8 enemies at once.
3. Venom Punch Chain (2 points): Extends combos with Venom hits. Your base combo damage increases by 40 percent.
4. Camouflage Duration (2 points): Increases invisibility time from 5 seconds to 10 seconds. Essential for stealth sections.
FASTEST TOKEN FARMING
Activity Tokens:
Complete Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man App missions.
Each mission type gives 25 to 75 Activity Tokens per completion.
Chain 3 missions in the same district to earn a District bonus of 50 extra tokens.
Tech Parts:
Find Underground Caches marked on the map after unlocking the City Tracker app.
Each cache gives 15 to 30 Tech Parts.
There are 40 caches total across all districts. Collecting all 40 gives 600 to 1,200 Tech Parts.
Tech Parts upgrade your suits and gadgets. Prioritize Web Shooter upgrades first.
SUIT UNLOCK METHODS
You unlock suits through Token and Tech Part purchases at the suit menu.
Best suits for combat:
The End Suit: Unlocked in New Game Plus. Gives 10 percent bonus Venom energy on every hit.
T.R.A.C.K. Suit: Available mid-game for 3 Activity Tokens and 35 Tech Parts. Increases gadget damage by 15 percent.
Classic Suit: Available from the start. No special ability. Best for stealth runs where suit powers distract your focus.
VENOM POWER BUILD
Your Venom powers scale with how full your Venom meter is when you activate them.
Keep your Venom meter at maximum before entering each encounter.
Optimal Venom rotation:
Start with Venom Punch on the nearest enemy to fill the combo meter.
Use Venom Dash to close distance on ranged enemies.
Activate Mega Venom Blast (Triangle plus Circle) when 4 or more enemies are grouped.
Mega Venom Blast at full meter deals 300 percent more damage than at half meter.
COLLECTIBLE LOCATIONS FOR 100 PERCENT
Sound Samples (18 total):
Located throughout Harlem and upper Manhattan.
Each Sound Sample appears on your map after scanning the district from a high point.
Collecting all 18 unlocks the Bodega Cat Suit.
Time Capsules (9 total):
Hidden in rooftop locations marked with orange glowing spots on the ground.
Collecting all 9 gives a full Skill Point bonus and unlocks the Into the Spider-Verse Suit variant.
Underground Caches (40 total):
Each cache appears after completing one main story mission in that district.
Collect all 40 for the maximum Tech Parts count needed for full suit and gadget upgrades.
NEW GAME PLUS TIPS
New Game Plus unlocks after completing the main story.
All suits, skills, and Tech Part upgrades carry over.
New Game Plus adds the Ultimate difficulty setting with 2x enemy damage and no auto-aim assist.
Priority for New Game Plus runs:
Start with the End Suit equipped. Its Venom energy bonus removes the need for skill point investment in Venom regeneration.
Complete all Underground Caches in the first two hours. With full upgrades already active, caches give bonus tokens instead of Tech Parts.
Reach 100 percent completion in New Game Plus for the Platinum Trophy on PS5.
