Resident Evil Village includes a built-in challenge reward system that gives Lei (currency) and bonuses for completing specific in-game tasks. PC players get additional cheat options through a trainer mod.
PC CHEAT TRAINER SETUP
Download the Resident Evil Village Trainer from WeMod or Nexus Mods.
Launch the trainer before starting the game.
Available functions:
Infinite Lei: Sets your current Lei to 999,999.
Infinite Health: Ethan never takes damage.
Infinite Ammo: All weapons fire without consuming ammo.
Infinite Items: All inventory items have infinite uses.
Infinite Crafting Materials: All materials count as 9,999 units.
FASTEST LEI FARMING METHODS
Crystal Livestock Loop:
The livestock area in Castle Dimitrescu contains crystal animals worth 3,600 Lei per animal.
There are 6 crystal animals total. Each gives a Crystal Fragment worth 600 Lei.
Kill all 6, sell the fragments to the Duke, and continue to the next checkpoint.
On New Game Plus, all crystal animals respawn at the start of each area reset.
Selling Combinable Treasures:
Most Treasures in the game combine into higher-value items before selling.
A Crimson Skull base item plus 4 Crimson Skull Attachments creates a combined Treasure worth 120,000 Lei.
Never sell Treasure pieces individually before checking if they combine.
The combination bonus adds 30 to 60 percent value over selling each piece separately.
Challenge Rewards:
Complete in-game challenges from the Records menu.
Each challenge gives Lei bonuses on first completion.
"Complete the game on Hardcore" gives 30,000 bonus Lei.
"Destroy all Mr. Everywhere statuettes" gives 10,000 bonus Lei.
ALL TREASURE LOCATIONS BY AREA
Village Area:
Necklace with Two Holes: Inside the locked well house. Use the Well Wheel item to open it.
Azure Eye: In Luiza's house basement, inside the hidden room behind the bookcase.
Crimson Skull base: In the church basement during the second visit to the village.
Castle Dimitrescu:
Sanguis Virginis: On the opera hall chandelier. Shoot the chandelier rope to drop it.
Dragonfly: In the Hall of Ablution. Combine the Azure Eye with the Necklace with Two Holes.
Heisenberg's Factory:
Mechanical Part 1 and 2: Both located in the B4 level maintenance area. Combine them for a single high-value Treasure.
WEAPON UPGRADE PRIORITY
Upgrade your weapons in this order for the most efficient Lei investment:
1. Shotgun (W870 TAC): Upgrade Power to maximum first. Shotgun power determines one-shot potential on standard enemies.
2. Magnum (M1851 Wolfsbane): Upgrade Capacity to 7 rounds before anything else. Boss fights require sustained magnum fire.
3. Sniper Rifle (F2 Rifle): Upgrade Power to deal one-shot headshots at any range.
4. Handgun (LEMI): Sell it after reaching Castle Dimitrescu. The upgraded M1911 replaces it completely.
MERCENARIES MODE TIPS
Mercenaries gives ranks based on score within a time limit.
S-rank tips:
Chain kills without breaking your combo counter. Each consecutive kill within 6 seconds adds a multiplier.
A 30-kill combo gives 3x multiplier. A 50-kill combo gives 5x multiplier.
Use the Rocket Launcher on grouped enemies only. Single-target Rocket Launcher shots waste the weapon's combo potential.
The village map gives the highest base score potential. Use it for your first S-rank attempts.
