Kirby and the Forgotten Land does not have cheat codes. The game contains Star Coin farming loops, hidden mission requirements, and Mouthful Mode strategies that reduce your completion time significantly.
STAR COIN FARMING METHODS
Star Coins buy Copy Ability upgrades and consumables at Waddle Dee Town.
Stage Replay Method:
Each completed stage gives a fixed Star Coin reward on replay.
Wild Frosty Hills and Scale the Cement Summit give the highest Star Coin counts per stage.
Wild Frosty Hills replay gives 800 to 1,200 Star Coins per run in 6 to 8 minutes.
Upgrade stages that match your main Copy Ability first. Each upgrade gives a 20 to 40 percent damage increase.
Colosseum Rewards:
The Colosseum in Waddle Dee Town gives Star Coins for winning fights.
Meta Knight Cup (unlocked after completing the main story) gives 3,000 Star Coins per full clear.
The True Meta Knight Cup gives 5,000 Star Coins per clear, making it the highest Star Coin source per hour in the game.
WADDLE DEE RESCUE GUIDE
There are 300 Waddle Dees total. Each rescued Waddle Dee unlocks new facilities in Waddle Dee Town.
Key unlock thresholds:
10 Waddle Dees: Kirby Café opens (restores health between stages).
50 Waddle Dees: Weapons Shop opens (upgrades Copy Abilities).
100 Waddle Dees: Colosseum opens (boss rush mode).
150 Waddle Dees: Star Coin rate at the Colosseum increases.
250 Waddle Dees: Ultimate Cup Z (hardest challenge in the game) unlocks.
300 Waddle Dees: True ending accessible.
Hidden mission locations by world:
Natural Plains:
Mission: "Clear in 2:00 or less" (Stage 1). Sprint through the stage using Ranger Copy Ability for the fastest clear.
Mission: "Rescue the hidden Waddle Dees" (Stage 2). Three Waddle Dees are inside a locked cage only accessible by completing the stage without touching water.
Everbay Coast:
Mission: "Find all fish" (Stage 1). Five decorative fish are hidden in underwater sections. Swim behind each waterfall to find the final two.
MOUTHFUL MODE TIPS
Mouthful Mode transforms Kirby into different objects for puzzle solving.
Car Mouthful:
Accelerate to maximum speed before sharp turns. Car Kirby drifts at high speed, reaching secret areas off the main path.
Three shortcuts per Car section are accessible only at maximum speed drift.
Cone Mouthful:
Use the cone to drill through any soft ground surface. Most treasure chests in Cone sections require drilling adjacent to them, not directly on top.
Lightbulb Mouthful:
Fill the bulb by collecting electricity from exposed wires. A fully charged bulb lasts 45 seconds before dimming.
Use Charged Bulb on dark sections for the full 45-second window. Each section takes under 30 seconds with correct routing.
BOSS TIPS
Gorimondo (World 1 boss):
His fist slam has a 1.5-second recovery window. Attack the fist during recovery for 3 free hits.
Phase 2 adds a rolling attack. Roll toward him during the roll attack to avoid it and reach his back for 5 free hits.
Clawroline (World 3 boss):
Her claw swipe combo ends with a pause. Counter during the pause window for your highest-damage attack.
Phase 2 adds fire claws. Move perpendicular to her charge to avoid the fire trail.
Fecto Elfilis (Final boss):
Phase 1: Stay behind her between attacks. Her frontal attacks leave her back exposed for 4 to 6 hits.
Phase 2: Use the Drill Copy Ability for its underground dodge. Underground movement avoids all Phase 2 ground attacks.
Phase 3: The spear throw has a 3-second flight time. Count to 2 before rolling to avoid it precisely.
