Fire Emblem Engage does not have a cheat code system. The game includes a Bond Ring system, a Somniel base with farming mechanics, and a Skirmish system that lets you grind levels and Gold outside story missions.
BOND LEVEL FARMING
Bond Levels increase your Emblem Ring effectiveness and unlock new skills for each paired unit.
Fastest Bond farming methods:
Relay Trials: Multiplayer mode where you clear maps with borrowed units. Each completed Relay Trial gives 500 to 1,000 Bond experience across all equipped rings.
Arena Battles: The Arena in the Somniel gives Bond experience equal to 50 percent of the damage dealt.
Training Rod: Equip a Training Rod in the Arena to deal no damage but gain Bond experience on every hit. Use this on weak enemies in Skirmishes for maximum Bond farming per action.
Cooking Bonus:
Cook a meal in the Somniel Cafeteria before each mission.
Meals give a 1.1x to 1.5x multiplier on Bond experience gained in the next mission.
The Bond Meal bonus stacks with the Training Rod method for 2x to 3x normal Bond gain.
BEST EMBLEM RING COMBINATIONS BY UNIT TYPE
Sword units (Alear, Marth, Byleth):
Marth Ring: Gives Mercurius sword and Lodestar Rush skill. Marth's Engage attack hits 5 times in one action.
Byleth Ring: Gives Goddess Dance (lets 4 adjacent units act again). Best utility ring in the game.
Lance units (Chloe, Louis):
Sigurd Ring: Gives Canter skill (move 2 extra spaces after any action). Completely changes positioning options.
Dimitri Ring: Gives Atrocity skill (guaranteed follow-up attack when initiating). Turns Louis into an offensive unit.
Magic units (Ivy, Citrinne):
Micaiah Ring: Gives Great Thunder and Silence spells. Great Thunder deals bonus damage to armored units.
Celica Ring: Gives Warp Ragnarok (teleports to target location and deals massive magic damage). Best offensive Engage in the game.
Bow units (Fogado, Alcryst):
Claude Ring: Gives Wind Bloom field (converts terrain to plains for movement advantages).
Ike Ring: Gives Laguz Friend skill (nullifies effective damage against beast and dragon units).
GOLD FARMING METHODS
Skirmish Battles:
Skirmishes appear on the world map after completing each chapter.
Each Skirmish gives 500 to 2,000 Gold on completion depending on enemy level.
Repeat Skirmishes 5 to 10 times between story chapters for steady Gold accumulation.
Somniel Farming:
Plant seeds in the Somniel garden each time you visit.
Harvest crops after 2 to 3 missions for sellable vegetables.
Each vegetable sells for 50 to 300 Gold. A full garden harvest gives 3,000 to 8,000 Gold per cycle.
Fishing:
Fish at the Somniel pond once per mission chapter.
Rare fish sell for 500 to 2,000 Gold each.
Use Bait items from the shop to increase rare fish spawn rates by 30 percent.
MADDENING DIFFICULTY TIPS
Maddening is the highest difficulty. Enemies have 3x stats and always attack in optimal order.
Survival fundamentals:
Never end a unit's turn within enemy attack range unless that unit has both high Defense and full HP.
Use Pair Up to protect weaker units. Pair Up reduces damage to the rear unit by 30 percent.
Deploy Corrin's Ring on your frontline tank. Dreadful Aura reduces enemy attack range by 1 space around the user.
Complete all Paralogue maps before Chapter 15. Paralogue rewards include the strongest Emblem Rings in the game.
