Elden Ring rewards patience. It also rewards knowing exactly where to farm runes, duplicate items, and find the best exploits before your next boss fight.
This guide gives you the fastest methods to get ahead on every platform.
FASTEST RUNE FARMING SPOTS
The Palace Approach Ledge Road site of grace is the best early farming spot. Stand at the edge and use the Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum bird exploit to earn 11,000 runes per run in under 60 seconds.
Steps:
1. Unlock the Mohgwyn Palace area via White Mask Varre's questline or the secret teleporter in the Consecrated Snowfield.
2. Rest at the Palace Approach Ledge Road grace.
3. Walk to the cliff edge facing the giant bird enemy below.
4. Use a long-range bow to shoot the bird.
5. The bird will run off the cliff and die, giving you 11,000 runes.
6. Rest and repeat.
For late game, the Farum Azula dragon enemies give 50,000 to 80,000 runes each kill with a Golden Scarab talisman equipped.
ITEM DUPLICATION GLITCH (PATCH 1.09 AND EARLIER)
The Albinauric duplication method works on unpatched versions:
1. Drop the item you want to duplicate on the ground.
2. Open your inventory before the item lands.
3. Pick up the item while the drop animation plays.
This gives you two copies of the same item.
Note: This glitch was patched in version 1.10. Use offline mode to keep your game on an older patch.
PC CHEAT ENGINE TABLE

BEST STATS TO LEVEL FIRST
For melee builds: Vigor to 40, then Strength or Dexterity to 50.
For magic builds: Mind to 30, Intelligence to 60.
For faith builds: Arcane to 45 for bleed scaling, Faith to 50 for incantations.
