Bloodborne Cheat Codes, Blood Echo Farming, and Boss Guide for PS5

Bloodborne Blood Echo farming loops, best weapon builds, boss strategies, and Chalice Dungeon tips for PS5.

Bloodborne does not have a cheat code system. The game rewards players who know the fastest Blood Echo farming loops, the correct weapon scaling paths, and the specific attack patterns that make each boss manageable.

FASTEST BLOOD ECHO FARMING LOCATIONS

Early game (levels 1 to 40):
Location: Central Yharnam, lamp near the first Cleric Beast encounter.
Method: Run from the lamp and kill the two werewolves near the sewer entrance.
Each werewolf gives 350 Blood Echoes. Both die in 3 to 5 hits.
Loop time: 30 seconds. Echoes per hour: 80,000 to 100,000.

Mid game (levels 40 to 80):
Location: Yahar'gul Unseen Village, lamp near the three Merciless Watchers.
Method: The three Watchers give 2,400 Blood Echoes combined.
Loop time: 60 seconds. Echoes per hour: 140,000 to 170,000.

Late game (levels 80 to 120):
Location: Mergo's Loft Middle lamp, Upper Cathedral Ward.
Method: Two Celestial Mobs give 2,800 Echoes combined. A Labyrinth Sage nearby gives 1,600 Echoes.
Loop time: 45 seconds. Echoes per hour: 400,000 to 500,000.

Equip the Moon rune (found in Yahargul after defeating The One Reborn) for 20 percent bonus Blood Echoes on all kills.

WEAPON SCALING GUIDE

Bloodborne weapons scale with Strength, Skill, Bloodtinge, or Arcane.
Choose your scaling path by level 20 and do not split between two paths.

Strength builds:
Kirkhammer transforms between a one-handed silver sword and a massive stone hammer.
Stake Driver deals the highest single-hit damage of any Strength weapon in the game.
Both weapons benefit from Strength investment above 25.

Skill builds:
Blades of Mercy give the highest attack speed in the game.
Rakuyo is the best late-game Skill weapon, available in the DLC.
Skill builds use Visceral Attacks (parry counter) for their highest burst damage.

Bloodtinge builds:
Chikage is the primary Bloodtinge weapon. Its transformed mode drains your health but deals blood damage to all enemies.
Simon's Bowblade gives ranged options for the entire game at high Bloodtinge investment.

BOSS KILL STRATEGIES

Father Gascoigne:
Phase 1: Bait his quickstep combo and punish the recovery. He leaves a 1.5-second window after 3 quicksteps.
Phase 2 (Beast form): Stay at mid-range. His slam attack has a small hitbox directly under him. Circle him and attack from the side.
Music Box item staggers him once per fight during Phase 2.

Vicar Amelia:
She heals when below 50 percent health. Interrupt the heal animation with a gun parry.
Her grab attack starts from her left hand raising. Roll right immediately.
She dies fastest when you attack her hind legs. Her front legs have higher defense.

Micolash Host of the Nightmare:
Phase 1: He runs from you. Follow him and corner him in one of two locked rooms.
Once cornered, he uses Arcane attacks. Stand directly under his arm raise to avoid most Arcane hits.
Phase 2: He uses A Call Beyond, which fires multiple projectiles. Roll toward him, not away, to avoid all projectiles.

CHALICE DUNGEON TIPS

Chalice Dungeons give Blood Echoes, upgrade materials, and unique weapons not available elsewhere.
Start with the Pthumerian Chalice (given after defeating Vicar Amelia).
Each dungeon has 3 to 5 layers. Complete all layers before moving to the next chalice tier.
Isz Gravestone Chalices give the highest chance of dropping rare gems for weapon upgrades.
Farm Waning Droplet Blood Gems from Isz dungeons. They add Physical Attack Up to any weapon.
