Battlefield 2042 does not support cheat codes. The game rewards players who know the objective scoring system, the Specialist ability synergies, and the vehicle playstyle that generates the highest score-per-minute of any activity in the game.
FASTEST SCORE FARMING METHODS
Objective Play:
Capturing flags and defending objectives gives 4x more score than kills alone.
A single flag capture gives 500 points.
Defending a flag from an enemy capture attempt gives 250 to 500 points per successful defense.
Players who focus entirely on objectives average 8,000 to 12,000 score per match compared to 3,000 to 5,000 for kill-focused players.
Vehicle Score Loop:
Enter a helicopter or jet at the start of each match.
Transport teammates to objectives in the first 2 minutes. Each transport gives 100 score per passenger.
Destroy enemy vehicles during mid-game. Each vehicle kill gives 300 to 1,000 score depending on type.
A skilled helicopter pilot scores 15,000 to 25,000 points per match without firing a single shot at infantry.
Revive Score:
Each revive gives 100 score.
Angel (Specialist with revive ability) gives 200 score per revive plus equipment drop bonuses.
A dedicated revive player in a squad of 4 averages 5,000 to 8,000 score per match from revives alone.
BEST SPECIALIST LOADOUTS
Mackay (aggressive flanker):
Ability: Grappling Hook (reaches rooftops and elevated positions instantly).
Loadout: SWS-10 sniper rifle, M5A3 assault rifle, XM8LMG.
Use the Grappling Hook to reach high ground before the enemy team spreads out. Sniper positions on rooftops give free kills for the entire first phase of each match.
Angel (support):
Ability: Loadout Crate (gives any teammate full ammo and equipment).
Loadout: DM7 marksman rifle, MP9 SMG.
Place Loadout Crates at active objectives. Teammates resupply without leaving the capture zone, which increases objective hold time by 40 percent.
Boris (area denial):
Ability: SG-36 Sentry Gun (automatic turret that targets nearby enemies).
Loadout: PKP-BP LMG, M44 revolver.
Place the SG-36 inside buildings before enemies enter. The turret kills 2 to 4 enemies before detection.
Sundance (air superiority):
Ability: Smart Explosives (destroys vehicles and equipment with guided grenades).
Loadout: PP-29 SMG, M44 revolver.
Sundance's wingsuit lets you traverse the entire map in 45 to 60 seconds. Use it to disrupt enemy vehicle spawns before they reach the frontline.
VEHICLE TIPS
Attack Helicopter:
Never hover stationary. Moving at minimum speed reduces your target size by 60 percent.
Use the rocket pods against infantry clusters on objectives. Each rocket pod volley kills 4 to 8 infantry.
Land between engagements to repair. Do not rely on the co-pilot for repairs in high-threat areas.
Main Battle Tank:
Stay on roads. Off-road movement reduces your top speed by 40 percent and makes you easier to track.
Angle your front armor at 45 degrees toward the nearest threat. Angled armor absorbs 30 percent more damage.
Shoot at enemy tank tracks first. Destroying tracks stops movement and ends their retreat option.
RANKED MODE TIPS
Battlefield 2042 Ranked uses a hidden MMR system based on objective score, not kills.
Your rank increases faster when you average over 8,000 score per match than when you average 20 kills per match.
Play Conquest mode for ranked. Breakthrough gives slower flag flips which reduce objective score opportunities.
Squad up with at least one support Specialist. A squad with Angel always has full ammunition at objectives.
