S Tier (pick every game):
Bloodhound: Wall-hack scan ability, fastest recon in the game.
Lifeline: Passive revive and care package give the highest team survival rate.
Horizon: Gravity Lift creates the best vertical movement in fights.
Vantage: Sniper passive and bullet drop indicator give information no other legend provides.
A Tier (strong in ranked):
Wraith: Phase ability escapes any situation. Portal enables aggressive rotations.
Pathfinder: Grapple mobility is unmatched for third-party rotations.
Newcastle: Active revive with shield creates safer team wipes than Lifeline.
B Tier (situational):
Caustic: Strong in buildings and small rooms. Weak in open areas.
Ash: Portal range is shorter than Wraith. Phase Drive works on downed enemies.
Seer: Scan gives enemy heartbeats. Less useful than Bloodhound in open environments.
CRAFTING MATERIAL FARMING
Crafting materials appear at replicators on the map.
Each replicator gives 30 crafting materials per interaction.
There are 6 replicators per map. A full circuit of all replicators gives 180 materials.
Priority crafting items: Shield Batteries, Syringes, and your main weapon ammo type.
RANKED MODE STRATEGY
You earn RP for kills, assists, and placement in ranked.
Kills and assists give 6 to 10 RP each.
Top 5 placement gives a placement bonus of 20 to 60 RP.
Survival RP accrues at 1 RP per minute alive after the first two minutes.
Win more RP per game by:
Landing away from the plane path to avoid early fights.
Rotating to the edge of the safe zone early instead of fighting through it.
Third-partying weakened squads rather than engaging fresh teams.
Playing for placement over kills below Diamond rank. Above Diamond, kills matter more than placement.
